2007/11/10 , 登陆eNom发现帐号被锁定
发邮件至riskmgmt , leagal 咨询原因.

2周后仍没收到信息, 便电话eNom,咨询如何解决,告知只能发邮件至riskmgmt

便尝试在 support center 咨询求助.
11/30号得回复说是指定问题到相关部门解决.

and will not be able to assist you with this matter.

Sorry for the delay on this. My colleage Andre has been out of the
office unexpectedly, and I’m answering some of his tickets until he
returns.
Unfortunately, I can’t resolve this problem for you. Only our risk
management team can, so I’ve forwarded the ticket to them.

no one now work at Risk Management more than one month
(i emailed to riskmgmt@enom.com many times, no response!).
please tranfer my question to your headquarter.
i can’t bear your delay on this!

今天终于收到解锁:

                Your account has been enabled with the restriction that you can no longer create subaccounts and that account refill is restricted to wire transfer only.

不过没说明什么原因,只是受限不能再建下级会员.

在这两个月中间我无法更改域名的DNS,而我至今不知是何原因.
